Remove backing from adhesive on strip and place on desired bottle.
Align all indicator slides to left.
Before you put the bottle down, slide one indicator button to right
after each dose taken that day.

simply use two dosage strips on your bottle. You will then use
one slide for each day of the week, leaving the last slide unused.
