Assurance Dosage Strip
Take-n-SlideTM helps you monitor your daily doses up to 4 times a day for each
medication that the dosage strip is attached to.  Just place the self-stick dosage
strip on YOUR prescription, vitamin or daily supplement bottle of any size (even
Target bottles) and align all "indicator slides" to the left.  Then, take your
medication and before you put your bottle down, move one indicator slide to the
right.  Start over each day by moving the slides back to the left.  Just remember
not to place dosage strip over important instructions.  It's that simple!  If you only
take one dose a day, just attach two dosage strips, using one slide for each day.
(the eighth slide will not be used)  You can even use a marker to write next to
each slide the first letter for each day of the week.  Ask you pharmacist to put
your medication in a larger bottle to accommodate two dosage strips.
